In today’s rapidly evolving live-event landscape, being a 'standard' event organizer no longer cuts it. Join this exclusive live session with Sasha Frieze, author of The Chief Event Officer’s Playbook; event organizer, Zach Butler, EMEA General Manager, HumanX; and Abi Cannons from Grip, to discover how to move beyond logistics and design events that deliver real transformation and become revenue and impact drivers.

🔍 What we’ll cover:
  • How to design purpose-led events that align with customer, business or association goals.
  • Practical frameworks from Sasha for event planning, stakeholder engagement and measurement of success.

  • Real-world examples and case studies.

  • How to ensure your event delivers value not just to attendees — but to sponsors, exhibitors and your broader business/community.

  • Q&A: Ask your biggest event-leadership challenge and get expert insights.

🎯 Why this matters:
  • Events are under pressure to prove their value. Budgets are tighter, expectations are higher, and “...had a great vibe” is no longer enough. You need a clear, defensible story about how your events drive revenue, retention and strategic outcomes – or risk being deprioritised.
  • Your role is evolving fast. Event leaders are no longer seen as logistics managers. The most successful are positioning themselves as Chief Event Officers, strategic partners to the C-suite. Understanding how to design transformational events is key to earning (and keeping) that seat at the table.
  • Attendees and sponsors expect more. Today’s audiences want meaningful connections, curated experiences and content that genuinely moves the needle. Sponsors and exhibitors want pipeline, not just presence. Learning how to architect events around purpose, outcomes and community is how you’ll keep them coming back. This ensures they choose your event over competing options.
