51% of attendees cite networking as a primary reason to attend events. As a result, organziers are now applying more scientific methods to connect their participants. This involves leveraging data and AI to ensure the right meetings happen at their events.
Join this webinar to learn how leading organizers, like HumanX and Forge (formerly Questex), are becoming "Meeting Engineers" where they design, build and automate the AI systems that connect the right people at events.
The result is meetings that are so valuable that attendees, sponsors and exhibitors rebook events because the connections were worth it.
π What weβll cover:
π§ Who's in the room? How meeting engineers help sales and marketing shape an audience where both sides of every conversation show up.
π Registration questions that feed the algorithm. The handful of questions that give the AI exactly what it needs, without adding friction for registrants.
βοΈ Inside the matchmaking engine. What the AI weighs when it pairs two people, and how preferences, profiles and behavior become a ranked schedule for every attendee.
π€ Pre-scheduled or attendee-arranged meetings. When to guarantee meetings with pre-scheduled, when to let meetings happen organically, and how to blend both.
π How to get both sides to show up. The practical levers that drive attendance and completion, so booked meetings turn into completed meetings.
π The numbers that prove it worked. How events like The Gathering reached 2,371 confirmed meetings with an 85% response rate, and which metrics signal healthy match quality.
β The meeting engineer's checklist. A repeatable set of pre-event, during-event and post-event actions that make meetings matter.
π§ Who should join:
Event directors, operations leads and event technology teams at commercial B2B events where meetings drive the value. If you want to be your organization's first meeting engineer, this session is for you.
